A quick, last-minute dinner of artisan pasta with a robust (but not overpowering) sauce of tomatoes, fresh spinach, garlic, spices, and pesto.
A combination of warm, crisp slices of baguette with cool, fresh topping of chopped tomatoes and basil makes this a great summer combination of flavors and textures. Great baked or on the grill!
